Camille will continue to drive the ongoing evolution of Programming’s DEI work and commitments, including KPIs, build programs of accountability, monitoring and report outs. She manages our engagement with the DEI feed-back team, with Yolanda Sangweni, placing the agendas and recommending how to combine their feed-back into our efforts.

Additionally Camille will be the Challenge Manager leading in the structure and implementation of systems to build a a lot more cohesive division society, channeling employees suggestions into methods and driving personnel experiences. We onboarded 41 new workers this yr and as we carry on to master how to very best collaborate and operate together in a predominantly remote natural environment we want to purposefully structure and support how very best to do that with veteran and new workers alike.
